CITY COMMISSION CHAMBERS @ 5:30 P.M.
MINUTES
The Special Commission Meeting of the City of Muskegon was held at City
Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, Michigan at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, September
15, 2005.
Mayor Warmington called the meeting to order.
Present: Mayor Stephen Warmington, Vice Mayor Bill Larson, Commissioner
Lawrence Spataro, Kevin Davis, Stephen Gawron, and Clara Shepherd, City
Manager Bryon Mazade, City Attorney John Schrier, and Deputy City Clerk Linda
Potter.
Absent: Commissioner Chris Carter (excused)
2005-87 To Consider the Urban Land Assembly Loan Agreement with the
Michigan Economic Development Corp. Relative to the Downtown
Muskegon Redevelopment Project.
City Manager Bryon Mazade explained the item and answered questions.
Motion by Commissioner Shepherd, second by Commissioner Gawron to
approve the Urban Land Assembly loan agreement between Michigan
Economic Development Corporation and the City of Muskegon and authorize
the City Manager to sign the agreement.
ROLL VOTE: Ayes: Davis, Gawron, Larson, Shepherd, Spataro, and Warmington
Nays: None
MOTION PASSES
ADJOURNMENT: The City Commission Meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
