CITIZEN’S POLICE REVIEW BOARD
Minutes
DATE OF MEETING: Monday, April 29, 2024
PLACE OF MEETING: Muskegon City Hall – Room 103
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: William Muhammad, Ann Craig, Rozelia Patino, Shaundrica Roberts,
Robert Roundtree, Eric Hood.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Faye Redmond, Sarah Overly
STAFF PRESENT: Emily Morgenstern - CPRB Staff Liaison
The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. by Chair William Muhammad. Roll call was taken and a
quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes
The February 26, 2024 Regular Meeting minutes were reviewed. No board members had any changes.
The minutes were approved.
Unfinished Business
There was no unfinished business.
New Business
W. Muhammad announced he will be stepping down as the chair of the board. There will be an election
at the May meeting for the next chair.
Internal Affairs Complaints
E. Morgenstern explained to the board a question from the last meeting that there will not be an
additional signature added to disposition reports because all reports are sent by certified mail that
require a signature.
Public Comment
There was no public comment.
Adjournment
R. Roundtree motioned and E. Hood seconded a motion to adjourn. After a unanimous vote, the
meeting was adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
