The meeting was called to order at 6:34 p.m. by Chair Robert Roundtree. Roll call was taken and a
quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes
The June 2, 2025 Regular Meeting minutes were reviewed. No board members had any changes. Motion
by Deborah Sweet to approve the minutes, supported by Eric Hood.
Unfinished Business
There was no unfinished business.
New Business
Eric Hood motioned for the board to go into closed session to review the appeal hearing for IA-25-21.
Motion was supported by Faye Redmond.

The appeal hearing for IA 25-21 was reviewed and discussed in closed session.
R. Patino motions to table this discussion until Tuesday, September 2 at 5:00 p.m. The motion was
supported by W. Muhammad.
Motion Passes
IA 25-24 and IA 25-29 were not reviewed by the board.

There was no public comment.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
