    Submit the form to the City Clerk.

   Step forward to the microphone.
   State name and address.
   Limit of 3 minutes to address the Commission.
   (Speaker representing a group may be allowed 10 minutes if previously registered with City Clerk.)

   CLOSED SESSION: To Discuss Pending Litigation.
