MINUTES
The City Commission Worksession was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor
Warmington.
Present: Mayor Stephen Warmington, Vice Mayor Bill Larson, Commissioner Clara
Shepherd, Lawrence Spataro, Chris Carter, Kevin Davis, and Stephen Gawron.
1. Neighborhoods of Choice Grant.
Cathy Brubaker-Clarke gave an overview and answered questions. Jessica Elsey from
the Neighborhood Investment Corporation gave a PowerPoint presentation.
2. Fisherman’s Landing Inc. Funding Request.
Bryon Mazade explained the item. This was referred to staff.
3. 24 – Hour Vehicles.
Bryon Mazade gave an overview. Commissioners agreed not to change the policy.
4. Any Other Business.
The Farmers Market and Inspections Department were discussed.
The City Commission Worksession adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
