                         CITY OF MUSKEGON
                      City Commission Worksession
                             March 8, 2004

                                   MINUTES

Meeting was called to order by Mayor Warmington at 5:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor Warmington, Vice Mayor Larson, Commissioner Carter, Spataro,
         Gawron, and Davis
Absent: Commissioner Shepherd (excused)

1.     Muskegon Area First 2003 Annual Report.
       Report was given by Todd Battle.

2.     Seaway Industrial Park.
       Lonna Anguilm and Bryon Mazade gave an overview.

3.     Boilerworks.
       Bryon Mazade explained the item. Comments were heard from Gary Post and
       Mike Jacobson.

4.     Public Safety Administrative Consolidation.
       Bryon Mazade answered questions from the Commission.

5.     Adjournment.
       The meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m.
