DANGEREROUS BUILDING REVIEW CASES: EN-060030- 2409 Crozier –Carl/Louie Hadix, 2217 Jerome Ave., Muskegon, MI 49442 EN-040065 – 790 Terrace – Promised Land Assoc, 3315 Real Street, Houston, TX 77087 DANGEROUS BUILDING NEW CASES: EN-070007-1885 McIIlwraith St – Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp, 8250 Jones Branch Dr., Mailstop A61, McLean, VA 22102 A letter was submitted to board for review regarding 790 Terrace from contractor. Mark Kincaid stated building permit expires today and there has been no activity in the building. Chris Carter asked about the contractor that submitted timeline for 790 Terrace. Mark Kincaid stated contractor is a residential builder from Whitehall and there is some concern about his experience in stabilizing the building for the attention that this building requires. No one was present to represent above cases. Staff Recommendation: Declare the buildings substandard, a public nuisance, and a dangerous building. Mr. Troy Haltom from Century 21 Lumbertown arrived late to represent 1885 McIllwraith and stated he just received notice about meeting yesterday. He said property is in foreclosure and in the redemption period. Greg Borgman stated home has been condemned by board and concerns would have to be addressed before the City Commission.
