Board Chair, R. Mackie called the meeting to order at 5:30pm.

ABSENT: J. Lewis

MINUTES:
A motion to approve the regular meeting minutes from March 7, 2019 was made by; B.
Turnquist supported by R. Mackie and unanimously supported.
Public Comment:
OLD BUSINESS:

A motion to declare the structure substandard, dangerous and a public nuisance was made by,
R. Mackie supported by; E. Simmons and unanimously approved.
EN1900293- 190 Wood St. - Donald L. Balcom Trust, 3764 4 Mile Rd. Traverse City, MI 49686
Mr. Hoffman would like to save some of this property; just the outer buildings.
A motion to declare the structure substandard, dangerous and a public nuisance was made by,
W. Krick supported by; R. Mackie and unanimously approved.
EN1806756- 1079 Holt St. – Fatina Harris 746 Wesley Ave. Muskegon, MI 49442
Ms.Harris. stated she doesn’t want the home, but she would not like Muskegon to demo the
home either.
A motion to declare the structure substandard, dangerous and a public nuisance was made by,
W. Krick supported by; E. Simmons and unanimously approved.
DANGEROUS BUILDINGS - NEW CASES:
No new cases.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:05 pm.
