A motion to approve the regular meeting minutes from April 4, 2019 was made by; B. Turnquist
supported by; K. Kolberg unanimously supported.

G. Hall, Westshore Property Management. Stated that he just took over management on the
property last week and he would like 30 days to figure out what they would like to do with this
building.

building.
