CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by Kim Burr at 5:30 pm.
ROLL CALL:
Roll call was taken by Samantha Pulos-Porter, and a quorum was present.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A motion to approve the minutes from January 7, 2020 was made by Jeremy Lenertz; Veania
Coleman seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Summer Youth Employment Program: there has been no updates for the 2020 program. The
2020 Meeting Schedule will be updates as follows: the April meeting date will be 4/21/2020 and
there will not be a July meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
The CDC has two new members: James Chabot and Marie Cisneros. The 2020 Action Plan will
be the last year for this 5-year consolidated plan. General ideas about the 2020 budget activities
were discussed including Boy and Girls Club, Hackley Hospital Campus plans, and small youth
recreation grants of years past.

Samantha Ferguson motioned to adjourn the meeting, Jeremy Lenertz seconded the motion,
which passed unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 6:29 pm.

The next meeting date is: March 3, 2020.
