RE:          Agreement with Hackley Hospital

SUMMARY OF REQUEST:
Authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the attached agreement with Hackley Hospital
accepting Hackley's donation of the described piece of land necessary to construct a left
turn lane on Laketon Ave. between Leahy & Peck.

FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.

BUDGET ACTION REQUIRED:
None at this time

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
The attached agreement be executed by the Mayor & City Clerk.
