          a. 2024 Budget
          b. CDBG Grant Applications - Discussion on the scoring of each applicant
was a bit confusing. How close does this program match city goals?
Because the City receives CDBG and home funds, the City had to submit
a 5 year consolidated plan to HUD that identifies communities needs and
identifies goals and objectives. K. Kochin mentioned once the
consolidated plan is identified, the scoring can be achieved presenting few
difficulties. Clarification on leveraging. More discussion took place to
include sustainability of funding. Confirmation that scoring needed to be
completed and submitted to CNS no later than Monday, April 8. It is
requested that for future grants/applications that if the board needs
additional information a representative should be present to answer
              questions.
