III. Approval of Minutes (4/2/24) motioned by J. Sanocki and supported by B.
Sanders
IV. Public Comments - None
V. Old Business
a. Annual Action Plan Budget – This item is being tabled to the next meeting
with corrected budget. All in Favor
b. Discuss 2025 Meeting Schedule – It was discussed in April to increase the
amount of meetings to bi-monthly effective 2025 The following are the
agreed to dates for 2025: All in favor

May 6
September 2
December 2 (tentative)

VI. New Business
a. New Application Process for Home Repair - Sharonda updated members
on key benefits of implementing a one program application for all
programs available. The homeowner will complete one application,
Monday.com will assign it to a development specialist where a home visit
will take place shortly after receiving all document required. Once the
home visit takes place, that development specialist and team will
determine which program fits that homeowner best. The LEAD program
and homebuyers program will remain separate.
VII. Staff Reports
a. Sharonda updated board members on Monday.com. Providing a snapshot
of all of the programs, locations, % completed, etc. Staffing is still down
one specialist.
