ARTICLE II. FAIR HOUSING*
Sec. 42-31. Adoption of state law by refer-
ence.
There is hereby adopted by reference Article 5
of Public Act No. 453 of 1976 (MCL 37.2501 et
seq.), as if fully set forth herein.

Sec. 42-32. Penalties.
Any person who violates any provision of this
article concerning discrimination in real property
transactions shall be responsible for a municipal
civil infraction.
