Regular Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, August 26, 2015

I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Commissioner David Wendtland at
4:00 p.m.
Also present: Commissioner Kevin Huss, Kristen N. Wade, Human Resources
Director, Dwana Thompson, Affirmative Action/Risk Manager, and Amy Rykse,
Secretary.
II. MINUTES
Motion was made by Kevin Huss and seconded by David Wendtland to
approve the regular minutes of the January 15, 2015 meeting.
Motion Carried.
III. ACTION AGENDA
A. Renewal of contract with Muskegon County Human Resources. Kristen Wade
noted that there are not any changes in the scope of the responsibilities. There
is a minimal increase in the cost for a three year period, which equates to
$82,500. The existing current contract is $75,000 which hasn’t changed during
it’s effect for the last four years. A slight increase in 2018-2019 to $83,700 and
in 2019-2020 to $85,000. There were no questions.
Motion was made by David Wendtland and seconded by Kevin Huss to
approve the renewal of contract with Muskegon County Human Resources.
Motion Carried.
