 I.   CALL TO ORDER

        The meeting was adjourned by Commissioner LaBelle at 4:20 P.M., due to a
        lack of quorum.

        Present: Commissioner Lou LaBelle, LeighAnn Mikesell-Deputy City Manager,
        Sara Hough-Human Resources Deputy Director (County), Lt. Casey
        Bringedahl-Police Department, Dwana Thompson-EEO and Employee
        Relations Director and Melissa Clark-Human Resource Analyst (County).
        Absent/Excused: Commissioner David Wendtland and Commissioner Johnny
        Brown.
