Present: Gawron, Hood, Turnquist, German, Johnson, Rinsema-Sybenga, Warren


1.   Minutes

           Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Commissioner
     Turnquist to approve the minutes for the January 7, 2019 meeting.
                                    MOTION PASSES

2.   Citizen Police Review Board
            Motion by Commissioner Turnquist, second by Commissioner
     Johnson to appoint Rozelia Patino as a Member of a Minority Based
     Organization.
                                    MOTION PASSES
