      COMMUNITY RELATIONS MEETING
                           Monday, April 09, 2018

                               MINUTES
Present: Gawron, Johnson, Warren, Hood, Turnquist

1.   Minutes

     Motion by Commissioner Turnquist, second by Vice Mayor Hood to
     approve the minutes for the Monday, February 12, 2018 meeting.

2.   Income Tax Board of Review Appointment

     Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Vice Mayor Hood to
     accept the resignation of Catherine Young.
                             MOTION PASSES
     Motion by Vice Mayor Hood, second by Commissioner Turnquist to
     appoint Elizabeth Sherman.
                             MOTION PASSES

3.   Construction Code Board of Appeals Appointment

      Motion by Commissioner Turnquist, second by Vice Mayor Hood to
      accept the resignation of Vicki Luthy and appoint Michael Eslick.
                             MOTION PASSES

Meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM
