Present: Gawron, Hood, Rinsema-Sybenga, Turnquist, Warren, Johnson

                                MINUTES
1.    Minutes

      Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Commissioner Warren to approve
      the minutes for the August 12, 2019 meeting.
                                 MOTION PASSES

2.    Resignation from CDBG/Citizen’s District Council

      Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Vice Mayor Hood to accept the
      resignation of Scott Banninga, Citizen representing Ward 2.
                                 MOTION PASSES

3.    Resignation from Business Improvement District

      Motion by Vice Mayor Hood, second by Mayor Gawron to accept the resignation
      of Clyde Whitehouse, Assessed property owner.
                               MOTION PASSES

4.    Appointment to Business Improvement District

      Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Commissioner Warren to appoint
      Kathy Dennison to the Business Improvement District as an assessed property
      owner.
                                MOTION PASSES




      Meeting adjourned at 8:40 pm.
