 Present: Gawron, Rinsema-Sybenga, Johnson, Hood, German, Emory, Ramsey


                                    MINUTES
 1.    Minutes


       Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Commissioner Ramsey to
       approve the minutes for the March 8, 2021 meeting.
                                  MOTION PASSED

 2.    Resignation and Removal

       Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, second by Commissioner Emory to
       accept the resignation of Karen Panozzo-Historic District Commission-Term
       expires 01/31/2022.
                                  MOTION PASSED

 3.    Adjournment

       Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, second by Commissioner Emory to
       adjourn the meeting.
                               MOTION PASSED
