       COMMUNITY RELATIONS MEETING
                              Monday, July 12, 2021

     Present: Gawron, Rinsema-Sybenga, Johnson, Hood, German, Emory, Ramsey



                                   MINUTES
1. Minutes
   Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Commissioner Emory to approve the
   minutes for the June 7, 2021 meeting.
                                      MOTION PASSED

2. Resignations and Removal
   Motion by Mayor Gawron, second by Commissioner Hood to accept the resignation of
   Ernest Fordham - Zoning Board of Appeals – Term expires 01/31/2023
                                     MOTION PASSED

3. Adjournment
   Motion by Mayor Gawron, second by Commissioner Emory to adjourn the meeting.
                                   MOTION PASSED

   Meeting adjourned at 8:12 pm.
