                                MINUTES
1.    Minutes

      Motion by Mayor Gawron, second by Commissioner Johnson to approve the
      minutes for the July 13, 2020 meeting.
                                  MOTION PASSES

2.    Downtown Development Authority

      Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, second by Commissioner German to appoint
      Sherri Black-citizen.
                              MOTION PASSES

Meeting adjourned at 8:43 pm.
