     COMMUNITY RELATIONS MEETING
                               Monday, July 13, 2020

Present: Gawron, Rinsema-Sybenga, Ramsey, Emory, Hood, Johnson, German
                                MINUTES
1.    Minutes

      Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Mayor Gawron to approve the
      minutes for the February 10, 2020 meeting.
                                 MOTION PASSES

2.    Resignation

      Motion by Commissioner Johnson, second by Vice Mayor Hood to accept the
      resignation of Paul Edbrooke-Citizen-Downtown Development Authority ending
      1/31/2024.
                                 MOTION PASSES

3.    District Library Board

      Motion by Mayor Gawron, second by Commissioner Johnson to reappoint
      Barbara VanFossen.
                               MOTION PASSES

Meeting adjourned at 7:50 pm.
