Motion by Commissioner Kilgo, second by Commissioner Kochin, to approve the
minutes of the January 21, 2025 meeting.

The Community Relations Committee recommended to the City Commission the listed
applicants for approval to terms on the following boards and committees.

Motion by Mayor Johnson, second by Commissioner Kochin to recommend
*reappointment and appointment of:
*Matthew Cortez, Muskegon Public Schools Representative, expiring 01/31/2029
Catherine Emery, Muskegon Public Schools Representative, expiring 01/31/2028
