                                     November 20 2024
                                   MEETING MINUTES

Meeting called to order at 9:03 am by M. Flermoen.

I.   ROLL CALL
MEMBERS PRESENT:        M. Lyonnais, R. Jenkins. M. Flermoen, L. Hopson, S. Wilson, M. Smith, J. Knowlton,
MEMBERS ABSENT:         D. Ghezzi,
OTHERS PRESENT:         J. Hines, Mike Franzak, J. Pesch, A. Meisch and W. Webster
II.    Approval of minutes –Approval of minutes from October 9, 2024 was made by M. Smith and supported by L.
       Hopson. All in favor.
III.   CIA Agenda Items – Jocelyn Hines
           A. CIA Financial Statements – October 31, 2024 – J. Hines updated members that the fund balance is
              $29,775.04. In February it was voted that $19,356 will be transferred to the Lakeside BID to cover
              additional expenses. The transfer will happen when the funds are needed. S. Wilson motioned to
              accept the Lakeside Corridor Improvement Authority financial statement as of October 31, 2024.
              Supported by M. Smith. Roll call was made with M. Lyonnais, R. Jenkins. M. Flermoen, L.
              Hopson, S. Wilson, M. Smith, J. Knowlton voting yes
IV.    BID Agenda Items – Jocelyn Hines
           A. BID financial statements – October 31, 2024 – J. Hines updated members on the fund balance – S.
              Wilson motioned to accept the Lakeside Bid Improvement District financial statement as of October
              31, 2024. M. Lyonnais supported. Roll call was made M. Lyonnais, R. Jenkins. M. Flermoen, L.
              Hopson, S. Wilson, M. Smith, J. Knowlton voting yes
          B. Lakeside parking discussion – Mike Franzak and Jamie Pesch discussed the parking needs and issues
             in the Lakeside area. There are areas that have 2 hour parking, street parking should be
             striped/painted and more defined. Businesses can stripe their lots. Sufficient signage should also be
             displayed and consistent.
          C. Holidays in Lakeside – Staff updated members for the costs of the Holiday punch card initiative. The
             total cost for 3,000 punch card came to $380.23. A request that Lakeside BID contribute up to $150
             to participate with DDA. A motion to contribute $100 for the holiday punch cards was made by M.
             Smith and supported by L. Hopson
