              Staff will provide a second draft of committee bylaws for PRAC to

              vote on.

              D. Park Rules

              Staff will provide a second draft of park rules for PRAC to vote on.

o Discussion:

              A. Hartshorn Marina Policies

         Staff will seek guidance on public access ahead of drafting new rules

         and policies at Hartshorn Marina.

              B. Beach Safety Master Planning

         Staff will seek insight on the specific scope of Beach Safety Master

         Planning.
