We will be revisiting park rules that were not approved by City Commission and
voting on rules to move forward with for commission consideration.
A. Community Foundation P&R Funding
Staff will request a vote for multiple Community Foundation fund approvals.
$37,600 - Darl & Kathleen Staley Charity Fund (P&R programs)
$4,569 – City of Muskegon Parks Fund
$13,106 – Lakeshore Trails Improvement Fund
$35,788 – Splash Pad Fund

Staff will give an update on current grant decisions.

Staff will ask for budget priorities and requests from the board for FY26
