CITY OF MUSKEGON ELECTION COMMISSION MUSKEGON CITY HALL CITY CLERK'S OFFICE 933 TERRACE STREET MUSKEGON, MI 49440 JULY 15, 2024 @ 5:30 P.M. MINUTES A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City Hall, 933 Terrace Street, Conference Room 103, to approve ballots, testing, early voting schedule, early absent ballot processing and election inspectors for the August 6, 2024 election. The meeting was Called to order at 5:34 p.m. on Monday, July 15, 2024. Present: Election Commission Members Casey Allard and Betty Ivory-Roberts; and, Elections Coordinator Shelly Stibitz Absent: Wanda Matsey Motion by Allard; second by lvory-Roberts to approve minutes of the April 4, 2024 meeting. Motion carried. Motion by lvory-Roberts; second by Allard to approve the August 6, 2024 Primary Election ballot. Motion carried. Motion by Allard; second by Ivory-Roberts approving the accuracy testing, early voting schedule, early absent ballot processing schedule and public notice information for the August 6, 2024 Primary Election. Motion carried. Motion by lvory-Roberts; second by Allard to approve early voting and election day inspectors as presented and designate the clerk to make additions or deletions as necessary.
