MINUTES
A meeting of the Election Commission for the City of Muskegon was held at City Hall, 933
Terrace Street, to approve testing of ballots and election inspectors for the August 5, 2025,
Primary Election. The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. on Monday, July 14, 2025.
Present: Election Commission Members Casey Allard, Wanda Matsey and Betty Ivory-Roberts;
City Clerk Ann Meisch and Election Coordinator Jessica Grimm
Absent: None
Motion by Matsey; second by Allard to approve minutes of the April 14, 2025, meeting.
Motion carried.
Election Commission approved the accuracy testing results for the August 5, 2025, Primary
Election. They also approved the election inspectors for early voting, early absentee, and
election day and designated the Clerk to make additions or deletions as necessary.
Meeting adjourned at 5:23 p.m.
